it is SUGGESTED that you use 2 - 4 times of HOT wraps
Instructions:
1. After shower, use a warm towel to clean the part that you want to wrap.
2. Wrap around your targeted area with the wrap as many times as you want.
3. With the use of transparent plastic wrap (those plastic wrapper to keep food fresh), hold the HOT/COLD wrap in place.
4. Use scotch tape to hold all the wraps together.
5. Use for around 30-45 mins. After removing, massage the remaining essence into your skins for about 2 - 5 minutes.
6. If you are using it for the 1st time and unable to withstand the burning sensation, you can roll the wrap and keep properly in the refrigerator and use it the next time.
Key to slimming persistence
The effects are really good, you will adapt to the coldness or burning sensation after the 3 times of use. Hence there will be visible weight loss :))))))))
Things to note
- Please do not add other products and use with body wrap
- Not suitable for those who have open wounds or those with sensitive skin
- After using the hot body wrap, having redness and swollen skin is perfectly normal reaction of the body. After 2-3 hours, if the redness persisted, use clear water to wash it will do.
- Wash your hand after using the body wrap
- Please do not tie the wrap overly tight on your body. The rough gauge for the body wrap is our waist length plus 2 arm lengths.
